We got our first book to read for this term on...Wed.? Thurs.? Seriously, I don't remember, but that's not the point. The point is...that I finished the entire book that night. XP Heh. It's Princess: The true story of life behind the veil in Saudi Arabia written by Jean P. Sasson. It's the life of one of the Saudi Arabian princesses--she is called Sultana in the book.

"I cannot reveal my true name for fear harm will come to me and my family for what I am about to tell you." Introduction 1:2

It's a wonderful book--a page turner that will shock you with the truth hidden for generations. I highly reccomend it. ^-^

I recently noticed, after reading The-Muffin-Man's entries, that I haven't used smilies for a while. I've completely forgotten about them! >.<'' I started using these...keyboard smilies with my older layout(s) cuz it looked better that way. Well, it's time to start using them again! Especially since my layouts all grey--it'll make the page look more 'exciting', colorful. ;)

...yeah you could either keep the smilies nice and organized like me, or you could go crazy like Frostbitten lol. I haven't really noticed a lack of them from you, maybe I've just gotten used to it or something :-?

I should probably read more...but I don't and I know it's bad for me. The only time I read is when teachers tell me to (which has unfortunately been quite frequently)...and even then I'm picking books that are generally L-A-M-E. Because I have to fulfill a certain genre or something. Bleh :(

I found a graphic novel like that once but it's about the daughter of some governor or high-ranking official (i dun remmber) Anyway, it really is shocking to know about the stuff happening right under our noses. But that's life! :/

I use smilies when i'm in the mood for some blog-action haha but sometimes when i'm lazy, i just use the ordinary "=)" =)
But really it's the content that matters, right? Hehe Although i do remmber before some Nutang-ers had those smiley-stories going on...wonder what happened to them?
